He entered the real estate sector in 2005, initially leading strategic finance at Wave Group from 2005 to 2009. Transitioning into the role of Managing Director, he drove transformative projects across operations, marketing, finance, and construction—eventually contributing to long-term business growth and cash flow strategies as a member of the Board of Directors. At Country Colonisers Pvt. Ltd., his stewardship brought to life a visionary 230-acre master plan, delivering over 212 acres with a steadfast focus on quality, innovation, and timely execution.
